Here's the links that will lead you to a Google Sheet on which you will choose your future partner clubs : BigMat's selections.

Once you've chosen the clubs you want to assign to your stores, go to the link above to match the user ID of the selected clubs to the nearest store. If you wish to assign multiple clubs to the same store, please separate the user IDs with a semicolon.

To display the clubs near your stores, follow these steps :
- Go to your database tab.
- In the top left corner, enter your country in the "country" field and the code of the store to which you want to assign a club ("POS id" field).
- You will then find in the table "Preselected Clubs (🇪🇸 / 🇮🇹 / 🇵🇹 / 🇨🇿 / 🇸🇰 only)" the list of the closest clubs to this store.
- This table also includes another piece of data, "Distance Between Nearest Sponsor Pos And Club". This one is experienced in meters for more accuracy. To know the distance in kilometers, you have to divide this data by 1000.

To go further and bring you a little more information in your choice, you will find below a map representing :
- The locations of the sales outlets in each country (yellow dots). Just zoom in to center the map on your country.
- Clubs that have placed their orders ‘in advance’ will be highlighted on the map in green.
- On the other hand, clubs that meet BigMat's criteria but have not placed their ‘advance’ orders are identified by the colour orange.
- For FR and BE, we have highlighted (in purple) the clubs that we consider to be ‘committed’ because they have signed a partnership agreement.

This map will allow you to make the selections of your clubs and to assign them to your points of sale. Please note: the maps are not updated in real time, as planned in the planning of the operation, there will be 4 updates : April 21, April 28, May 5 and May 14. The objective is to simplify and regularize the information feedback and to avoid the last minutes rush.
